Hand over of our latest developments in Wellington and Shawbury!

We have recently handed over two of our developments for Shropshire housing associations in Shawbury and Wellington.

We built a development of 20 semi-detached two and three-bedroomed houses in Shawbury, Shropshire for with Floreat Housing Group, worth around £2.2million. The project began in March 2018 and finished on schedule in March 2019. Our £1million development of 24 affordable homes comprising of 12 terraced houses, six one bedroomed apartments and six two bedroomed apartments for the Housing Plus Group, was completed ahead of schedule and also handed over in March 2019.

The Malthouse was officially unveiled with a welcome from Sarah Boden (Chief executive, of Housing Plus Group,) a ribbon cutting by Mayor Raj Mehta (Telford & Wrekin Council) and a tour of the development. If you are interested in one of these properties please contact Housing Plus Group.
