This was a long street of 20 one, two & three bedroomed flats, houses and bungalows for Homes Plus Group, 6 of which were shared ownership and were finished to a very high standard. No gas on this development meant that heating was provided by electric panel heaters and solar panels. This was our first site with solar panels. The contract value was \u00a33.2m and handed over in May 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

This site was formerly the Beehive pub which had to be demolished to make way for\tthe development of 3 rows of 3 three bedroomed houses for Homes Plus Group. Each has 2 parking spaces and enclosed private rear gardens. One row of houses was for shared ownership and enjoyed a high standard of finishes. The development name was adopted in memory of the once popular pub.
